2. The mandamus as sought for directing the respondents to sanction pension for the period 06.11.1981 to 31.05.1990, when the petitioner claims he was working as a part time teacher, is thus not liable to be considered by this court.

3. This writ petition is thus closed granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the respondents for appropriate relief, if they are so inclined. No costs.
