Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2021, within the time fixed by this Court, which is relating to the payment of earned leave surrender. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she served as a Teacher in the first respondent's Trust from 1987 and retired from service on 30.04.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after she made several representations for getting her retirement benefits of earned leave encashment for eight months and three months unearned leave on private affairs, the same was not disbursed to her so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Mr.V.Vijaya Shankar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that due to some financial difficulties, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.23122 of 2021 the retirement benefits of the petitioner has not been disbursed so far. However, he assure that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner as per her eligibility and would take a decision, within a reasonable time.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that the representation of the petitioner would be considered, this Court, without expressing anything on the claim made by the petitioner, dispose of this writ petition, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2021 and take a decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
