ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 403 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.18 of 1/3

2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused said to have misappropriated funds to the tune of Rs.9,00,000/-. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.The allegation is that the prime accused has created fake accounts in the name of her husband and misappropriated amounts under various heads, which included the monthly expenses amount, which is to be given to the poor Scheduled Caste students and the salary, Provident Fund contribution etc, were all being misappropriated. This petitioner is said to be the higher officer for a period of six months. Since the misappropriation is on several counts, prima-facie it cannot be said that everything would have been done without the knowledge of the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
