ORDER

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks registration of the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired into and closed as mistake of fact.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure in the manner known to law. This Court cannot issue a Writ in this circumstances as prayed for.
