Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the TASMAC Shop No.7586 in the light of the Gramma Shaba resolution of Perumacherry village panchayat dt 26.1.2020 and the petitioners representation dt 02.12.2020 pending on the file of the respondents and pass such further other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.
