This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the appeal dated 08.06.2022 preferred by the petitioner, challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.04.2022.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion in the appeal, directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
