ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has complied with the order and also filed the final report and the delay is due to the fact that there are about 2000 victims. He further submitted that if any victims have been 1/3

left out or if there is any other complaint, those victims also would be taken into consideration and a further report would be filed.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the contempt petition.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed as not pressed.
