Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABU.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the absence of the petitioner before the respondent police, the period of two days on 08.09.2022 and 25.09.

2022 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11971 of 2022, dated 01.08.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the illness of his parents, he is not able to comply with the condition within the time as prescribed by this Court. Hence, he prays for allowing this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent has no serious objection to allow this petition. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the absence of the petitioner is condoned and this petition is allowed.
