ORDER
The petitioner, seeking a Mandamus to forbear the respondent Police from granting permission to install Vinayagar idol and pavilion/temporary stage in Sri Sarva Sakthi Mariamman Temple Street, P.S.Nagar, South Tharanallur, Tiruchirappalli - 620 008, has filed this writ petition.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have not granted any permission to install Vinayagar idol in the above mentioned place. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
