Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to make enquiry regarding the ex-communication and consequently direct the respondents 6 to 9 to accept the 'Vary' from the family members of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' complaint dated 10.08.2015.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct enquiry regarding ex-communication of the petitioners.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that due to some land dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 6 to 9, they ex-communicated the petitioners. Hence, he made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 10.08.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, the fourth respondent Tahsildar has conducted a Peace Committee Meeting and closed the complaint as there is no cause of action as alleged by the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that already the petitioners' complaint has been enquired into and closed, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
