This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 10 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 10 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate , Tenkasi and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 240 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
