ORDER

This Petition had been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.232 of 2013 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the alleged occurrence is said to have been taken place in the year 2009 and the FIR came to be registered only in the year 2013. Therefore, the Investigation Officer seeks further time to complete the investigation by comparing the signature with the forensic department.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as undertaken by him/her. 4.With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
