ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.There are two parts in the writ prayer. The first part is regarding some error that is alleged to have crept in during UDR. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3.As regards measurement of the petition mentioned land, the same will abide by the outcome of the order to be passed by the first respondent. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
