Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is working as Driver in the respondent corporation. He wants to withdraw a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from his contribution to provident fund so that he can meet out the medical expenses of his father. The respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw whatever is the eligible amount as per Rules.
