2.The petitioner alleges that encroachment has been committed in a water body. Even according to the petitioner, the said water body is comprised in Survey No.172/55 in Veeraperumalpuram Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District. The learned Government Advocate has produced revenue records to show that Survey No.172/55 has been classified as "Natham". Therefore, the petitioner's allegation cannot be countenanced. The impugned order is sustained.
