[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sivanesan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.

2. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from opening a TASMAC Shop in the property in Survey No.713 of Erasakanayakkanur Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2022, within a time frame.

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is nothing but a superfluous, as there is no proposal with the Government for opening a TASMAC Shop in the subject land, as projected by the petitioner in his representation dated 07.10.2022.
