ORDER

The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and permit them to participate in Thiyagi Immanuel Sekar Gurupoojai, Paramakudi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was rejected by order dated 28.08.2025 vide Na.Ka.No.01/CO/TCL/25 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner on the same day.

3. Since the petitioner's representation had already been considered, Writ of Mandamus as prayed for cannot be issued. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the 2/4

order passed by the third respondent, it is open to him to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
