JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after filing this writ appeal, the 1st respondent moved the 2nd respondent and filed revision petition before him in R.P.No.317 of 2019 and the same was allowed on 24.04.2020. Hence, the writ appeal has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Appeal and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
