The petitioner with a grievance that his application for survey of his land in S.No.230/3A and 230/3B, Veerasigamani Revenue Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District has not been considered has approached this Court in the year 2018. 2.Today(29.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that survey was already conducted in the petitioner's land on 20.08.2018 and patta was also issued to the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
