ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 23.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint filed by one Jeneeisha, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram has directed the respondent police herein to conduct inquiry as per the directions laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, enquiry was conducted and summons were issued to the petitioners. So far, no case has been registered against the petitioners.

2.It appears that there was matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. Let the petitioners appear before the Investigation Officer and co-operate with the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since, there is no case registered against this petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. However, if any trouble arises in future, they may seek remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.In the meantime, the respondent police may refer the matter for Social Welfare Officer, for the purpose of conciliation process. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
