PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence vide order dated 28.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10787 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.419 of 2023. He was directed to sign before Dindigul Town police station daily at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition from 13.07.2024.
2. We are satisfied that case for relaxation has been made out. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed. The petitioner has to however appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram on the first working day of every month.
