This writ petition has been filed as against the show cause notice. This Court has entertained this writ petition and also granted an order of interim stay on 19.05.2016 and thereafter this writ petition was not listed for hearing. However, the respondents have proceeded further with the show cause notice and passed final orders on 27.02.2023.

2.In view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.02.2023 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
