ORDER
Mr.R.Rajaraman, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Ms.V.P.M.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate on behalf of all four respondents are before this Court.
2.Short point is 'land admeasuring 0.06.5 Hectares from and out of 1.41.5 Hectares in New Survey No.74/1C1 in Ulanthangudi Village, 1/3
Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District' (hereinafter referred to as 'said land' for brevity) was acquired under 'The National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)' (hereinafter referred to as 'said Act' for brevity) for the purpose of laying road in Manachanallur - Thuraiyur sector.
3.Fourth respondent has sent to third respondent a communication dated 02.08.2019 bearing Reference No.Na.Ka.A2/528/2018 recommending payment of compensation by saying that loan qua said land taken from a Bank has since been cleared. This communication is scanned and reproduced infra: 2/3
4.Learned State Counsel submits that the proceedings will be carried to its logical end and concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This is recorded.
