PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2016 for patta sub division and grant of separate patta comprised in Survey No.181/A and 181/9 each running to the extent of 13 and 16 cents totaling 29 cents, within a time limit fixed by this Court.
