Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.472 of 2019 PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 r/w.151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to transfer the case in O.S. No.198 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur to the District Munsif Court, Trichy. For Petitioner : No Appearance

When the matter was listed on 12.08.2021 there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby this Court had directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 26.08.2021. On that date, at request of the learned counsel for petitioner, the matter was posted after two weeks, for taking fresh steps to the second respondent. Again when the matter was listed on 09.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby this Court had directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 15.09.2021. Even today (i.e.15.09.2021) also, there is no representation for the petitioner and the same clearly indicates that the petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition any further.

Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
