ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to initiate action as against the respondents 4 and 5 for misappropriation of the Panchayat funds.

2. The petitioner has given a representation on 29.06.2015. A perusal of the representation indicates that the respondents 4 and 5 were the President and the Vice President of the concerned Panchayat. They are alleged to have misappropriated the Panchayat funds and also obtained houses under the Indira Awas Yojana Scheme.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.06.2015 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
