Mr.S.A.S.Alaudeen, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction, directing the respondent to frame a scheme of administration for the Mohideen Andavar Pallivasal Wakf, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar (G.S.No. 8/RMD) by considering the Petitioner's statutory application dated 27.08.2019 made under section 69(1) of the Wakq Act 1995.
4.The petitioner is the legal heir of the founder of the Mohideen Andavar Pallivasal Wakf, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar. The founder of the Waqf was passed away and as per the Tamil Nadu Waqf Act, 1995, a scheme shall be framed for appointing him as hereditary trustee. In this regard, he submitted an application on 27.08.2019 under Section 69(1) of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Act, 1955. W.P(MD)No.23350 of 2019 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to dispose of the petitioner's application by the respondent. 6.Considering the limited request, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the statutory application made by the petitioner under Section 69(1) of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Act, 1955, dated 27.08.2019 within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
