The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and to fix the boundaries for the subject property. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the property sought to be surveyed is a joint property and therefore, without the consent / request of the other joint patta holders, the property cannot be surveyed. 2/4
