O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry, on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.11.2021, within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court and also direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the persons involved in the crime, in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the matter has become infructuous as already orders have been passed by the Tahsildar, Kovilpatti, dated 01.11.2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.11.2022, he is at liberty to proceed further, in accordance with law. No costs.
