ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 14.08.2022 under Section 69(4) of the Wakf Act 1995 before framing any scheme to the Al Mohamadia Mosque, Tanjore Road, Trichy.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion, is simply directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 14.08.2022 and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
