ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/4

police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.194 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the seashell trader. On 30.08.2023, at about 1.00 p.m.,after collecting the seashells, the defacto complainant went to the Bazaar of Kulasekarapattinam for the purpsoe of arranging a rental mini lorry. At that time, one unknown person aged about 27 years, came there and he said that his friend, who is residing in Udangudi, is having a mini lorry. Believing his words, the petitioner went along with the above said person. Instead of going to Udankudi, the above said person rode the two wheeler to Samathuvapuram Village. At about 1.30 p.m.

, two more persons, aged about 25 years, came there and demanded money from the defacto complainant. Moreover, one of the person transferred a sum of Rs.800/- from the defacto complainant's G.Pay account to one Sivanesh Mobile Number. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only limited role alleged to have been played by this petitioner even as per the FIR. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that only this accused transferred the amount through G.Pay. The petitioner is having two previous cases.

5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner and also considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
