The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to evict the encroachment made in the Masan Karuppar Oorani situated at S.Nos.43/3 and 42/3 in Koppanapatti Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2016. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition 2/4

as the encroachment made in the Masan Karuppar Oorani situated at S.Nos.43/3 and 42/3 in Koppanapatti Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District has been removed. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
