Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from terminating the service of the petitioner as Boat Lascar in Poompuhar Shipping Corporation Limited, Kanyakumari and consequently permit the petitioner to continue as Boat Lascar in the office of the second respondent and disburse the monthly salary and other monetary benefits of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2016.
