Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESHA PANDIAN V.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12747 of 2023 on 18.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12747 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
