Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024 and take appropriate action against the seventh respondent in accordance with law within a stipulated time period. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024 and take appropriate action against the seventh respondent in accordance with law within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the online complaint given by the petitioner 2/4

dated 13.04.2024, enquiry has been initiated and since the petitioner did not appear, the complaint was ordered to be closed on 05.08.2024. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent representation dated 19.06.2024 to the official respondents.

4.Recording the submissions made on either side, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024 by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the seventh respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
