One self-help group was running the petition-mentioned fair price shop. By the impugned order, the task of running the shop was entrusted to the Department. Now the self help group appears to have become dis-functional. It is also brought to my notice that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in this writ petition, the department is running the shop as on date. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed. No costs.
