O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.282 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai to dispose the case on day to day basis within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.A report has been called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. Report received stating that a specific direction was issued to the respondent herein to produce the witnesses on 06.04.2022. But, they failed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that PW1 was examined on 18.10.2023. Now it is posted to 01.11.2023 for further examination of witnesses. Undertaking is also given by the Presiding Officer, stating that he can undertook the trial process on day to day basis. Considering the simple nature of the offences, let the above said trial process be completed within a period of fourth months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
