This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue building plan approval in respect of Plot No.29, at ''Kanthiah Nagar'', comprised in S.No.1731/2 at Vadakku Valliyoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District within the time fixed by this Court.

2.Today(28.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
