ORDER
Heard the learned counsel counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The third respondent is the competent authority to consider the petition mentioned application. The third respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, including the private respondents herein on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
