ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(3), 115(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in 1/3

Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that the complaint given by the de facto complainant was registered in CSR.No.364 of 2025 and they are conducting enquiry.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
