Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to file a status report with regard to the missing Fisher Folk along with Boats and accessories due to the Kiyar Cyclone formed on 28.10.2019 and direct the 7th respondent to constitute a Search And Rescue Team (SAR) comprising experts and representatives of fishermen to execute SAR operation to locate and rescue the missing fisher folk as per relevant provisions of Disaster Management Act and to provide adequate compensation of Rs.20 lakhs, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
