Respondent in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, to pass an order for transfer of H.M.O.P.Nos.88 of 2019 & 200 of 2021 pending adjudication on the file of Sub Court, Aruppukottai to the file Sub Court, Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the cases in H.M.O.P.Nos.88 of 2019 & 200 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai to be transferred to the Sub Court, Madurai.

It is seen from the typed set of papers earlier the petitioner / wife had filed Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.329 of 2019 to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The said petition was dismissed by way of a common order of this Court on 08.11.2019 in Tr.C.M.P. (MD)No.329 & 385 of 2019.

The respondent / husband had filed Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.385 of 2019 to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.724 of 2019 (renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.200 of 2021) from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai. The said petition was allowed by way of a common order of this Court on 08.11.2019 in Tr.C.M.P. (MD)No.329 & 385 of 2019.

Therefore, it could be seen that the petitioner / wife is now attempting to review the common order of this Court passed on 08.11.2019 in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.329 & 385 of 2019 by filing these petitions seeking for transfer of the cases in H.M.O.P.Nos.88 of 2019 & 200 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai to be transferred to the Sub Court, Madurai.

5. In view of the order passed by this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No. 329 & 385 of 2019, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are not maintainable and the same are dismissed accordingly. No costs.
