ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.66 of 2024 on the file of the third respondentdated 10.03.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.66 of 2024 on 10.03.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 427 and 506(1) IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that 17 witnesses have been examined and investigation is almost completed and seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
