O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry on the Petitioner's representation, dated 9.4.2025 and restore the patta No.1113 in the name of Petitioner's father Periyakaruppan Servai in respect of the land in S.No.1077/68 situated at Katchaikatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property originally belonged to his father Periakaruppan Servai. The Patta for the 2/6
subject property stood in the name of Petitioner's father in Patta No.1113. The said patta was erroneously transferred in the name of sixth respondent based on a settlement deed executed by the fifth respondent. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 9.4.2025 seeking cancellation of patta in the name of fifth respondent and to restore the patta in the name of Petitioner's father. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the competent authority to consider the representation of the Petitioner is the third respondent and the same will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 9.4.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, private respondents 5 and 6, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
