ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that C.S.R.No.617 of 2022 is pending. 3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 to 3 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
