Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given an application dated 02.09.2024 to the second respondent seeking issuance of individual patta. The second respondent has to sub-division the petition mentioned survey number before he could issue such an individual patta. For effecting sub division, survey has to be conducted on 11.09.2025. It is undertaken that based on the outcome of the survey, sub-division and issuance of separate patta will be done. The respondents seek eight weeks time to complete the entire exercise.
