RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14944 of 2021 dated 07/10/2021 to execute the bond and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Concerned Magistrate Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to ill health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14944 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.12013 of 2021 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14944 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
