Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3370/A3/2015 dated 27.08.2015 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to post the petitioner in the fourth respondent School as B.T.Assistant Mathematics. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 27.08.2015 passed by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to post the petitioner in the fourth respondent School as B.T.Assistant Mathematics.

2. The petitioner was transferred from the fourth respondent School to the third respondent School, since the petitioner's place was declared as surplus. The contention of the petitioner is that one Jegadesh Chandrabose, who is junior most in the School, ought to be transferred, but the respondents had 2/5

transferred the petitioner. However, the petitioner has not impleaded the said Jegadesh Chandrabose in the present Writ Petition.

3. Pending Writ Petition, the writ petitioner has filed an impleading petition proposing to implead the said Jegadesh Chandrabose. This Court vide order dated 13.04.2016 without allowing the implead petition, has just issued notice to the said Jegadesh Chandrabose. The said Jegadesh Chandrabose is represented by the learned counsel namely, Mr.V.Muthukamatchi.

4. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the official respondents submitted that pending Writ Petition, the petitioner has joined the transferred post and she is serving in the said post until now.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was granted all the salary which the petitioner is eligible to the transferred post. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3/5
