ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.08.2018 seeking to reconsider the issuance of No Objection Certificate to construct a Church dated 26.07.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner, instead of challenging the No Objection Certificate and while pending application for No Objection Certificate without raising any objections, now submitted a representation to re-consider the issuance of No Objection Certificate to permit the Christian community persons to construct a Church. Now, the entire construction of the Church has been completed and as such, the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.08.2018 cannot be considered. Therefore, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
