This writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the fourth respondent as Jeep Driver in the second respondent Panchayat Union.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the fourth respondent appointment was cancelled on 20.11.2015 and the salary also stopped on 16.12.2015. Challenging the said order, the fourth respondent herein has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21125 of 2016.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
